Half day wellness retreat by Dr Phyllis Chan

I have the pleasure to invite Diana Fullilove, an experience Yoga teacher and an energy healing to come along to give us a taster session on Yoga. 🧘

People always have the fear that they are not flexible or athletic enough to do yoga and I would like to prove you wrong 🙂 (in a nice and empowered way)!!

Yoga is a lifestyle not just an exercise and yoga can improve our health physically and mentally. If you have never done yoga before this is your chance to come and try it out, there is no judgement in our beautiful circle of like minded people, only full support.

After the yoga session we will be doing group Reiki healing as well as personal Angel/ oracle cards reading too!!

Come along and try something new and maybe this will be part of your new year resolution in 2026.
