Beginners Workshop

Never tried yoga before, or it's been a while and feeling anxious about joining a class?
Come and explore the practice, dispel any fears and discover the yogi within.

We don't care how flexible you are, and we don't take ourselves too seriously here, and we believe that the practice of postural yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or physical prowess.
The yoga we offer here ranges from the gentle hatha yoga to mindfulness meditation and a dynamic, flowing hot yoga practice. In this workshop, you'll be introduced to the basics with time to ask questions about the different styles and what is available to you here.

This is a 2-hour workshop that will guide you safely into mindful postures and breath work, giving you all the confidence you need to join any class in the future.
New students to Be Yoga can receive a 10% discount on our introductory class to continue their journey towards inner wellness.
