Self-defense Class for Kids

Join us for a fun and empowering kickboxing class designed specifically for kids ages 7 to 11! The class is free and taking place on Saturday, December 20th, from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM at the Weekes Branch Library (27300 Patrick Ave)!

Led by Sensei Anthony Thomas, a dedicated martial artist with experience dating back to 1979, this class focuses on realistic self-defense tactics that teach practical skills to help kids stay safe. In addition to self-defense, students will benefit from improved physical fitness, boosted confidence, and the development of discipline and focus.

A SIGNED Waiver is REQUIRED prior to participation for each child participating. However, only ONE waiver for the entire series is required.
