James Duga Internal Power Workshop

James will be sharing his internal power and body mechanics experience with us. This first seminar is free, though anyone can donate any amount as a thank you to help cover our costs of bringing him out here. Sessions will be:
9:00AM-12:00PM
Lunch on your own
2:00PM-6:00PM
7:00 PM Group Supper
