Continue your musical journey with a ukulele for improvers course. The course is for those who have completed the beginners’ course – or are at a similar stage in their learning – and will enable you to enjoy playing a more challenging range of songs and chords, as well as developing your strumming technique.
- Increase your chord knowledge
- Play more challenging chord sequences including songs with more than four chords
- Play songs at a faster pace, from 100bpm to 120bpm (beats per minute)
- Use more advanced strumming and rhythm techniques including ‘island strum’, swing, and songs with more than one strumming pattern
- Play a wider range of songs on the ukulele, including jazz, country and pop
