A 60 minute Yin Yoga Class to help you release, relax and unwind, while staying fully present within your body.

Yin Yoga (release and unwind in grounding and opening yin yoga postures, held for 3 minutes or more, to go deeper in mind and body).

Open to all levels, including beginners
