Gloucester Walking Club

Are you an unpaid caregiver for a friend or family member? Did you know that walking 20 minutes a day can alter your brain activity for the better?

Join Kelsie Houston, Dementia Focused Options Counselor at Bay Aging, for a caregiver support walking group in Gloucester.

We meet on the fourth Thursday of each month, 1-2 pm at Woodville Park, 3904 Woodville Park Rd in Hayes. Park in the soccer field parking lot, near the pond.
