In this informative and hands-on class, we’ll explore a selection of plants that return year after year, that not only beautify your garden, but also serve a greater purpose. This class provides an in-depth introduction to perennial herbs and plants traditionally used for their therapeutic properties. Discover how to grow a range of herbal perennials, shrubs, and trees, with guidance on seasonal care, sustainable harvesting practices, and easy ways to use them in everyday remedies.

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned gardener, herbal enthusiast or just plain curious, this course equips you with the knowledge and skills to cultivate and utilize a lasting apothecary in your own backyard!

Each class participant will take home a swag bag that includes two handcrafted tea bags and a container of homemade salve.
