This fall one of our Wednesday Gathering offerings will be a course called MARRIAGE MATTERS, which is meant to help us (1) gain a greater theological understanding of what God has in mind for marriage, and (2) offer practical ideas, handles, and strategies toward growing our marriages in ways we may have never imagined.
Some of the topics we have lined up for this group include:
-Gaining a Biblical view of the nature and purpose of marriage.
-The one thing that will improve your marriage
-Facing the challenge of expectations
-Dealing with our differences
-The vital role of forgiveness in marriage
-Upping our communication game
-Employing marriage enhancers
-Avoiding marriage deflators
-Experiencing greater intimacy
-The 4 different expressions of love every marriage needs
This Sunday we will begin signups for this class, so be thinking and praying about God's leading for you to participate! Our first session will be on Wednesday, August 10 from 6:30-8:00 PM.
