Her approach blends science-backed methods with lived experience—offering not just theory, but real tools you can use right away in your personal life, business, and parenting journey.
As a mom of four and thriving Mompreneur, Brooke knows firsthand the juggling act of entrepreneurship and family life. With warmth, humor, and relatable insight, she’ll guide us through what it really means to grow resilience—together.
