Join us for Wellness Sundaze

A guided wellness experience designed to elevate your mind, body, & spirit. Our experience, educated, and certified instructor will lead you through intentional movements for stretches you need while experiencing the powerful benefits of the plant.

This stretch class is perfect for:

• feel stiffness in their body
• restriction with their movements
• noticed that checking their blind spots while driving is a full body movement rather than a quick head turn
• experience siatic, or lower back pain that travels to their legs
• want to move better and feel better
