Dear Members,
Hawthorne Day will be held on Saturday, September 27th, 2025. As in previous years, our group will host a booth at our usual corner location, which has been kindly secured by Mayor John Lane.
At the booth, we will be distributing American flags, club banners, literature, and voter registration applications. Set-up will take place between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
We are asking members to help staff the booth in two-hour shifts:
12:00 – 2:00 PM
2:00 – 4:00 PM
4:00 – 6:00 PM

I understand some members may have other obligations, but your participation—whether by taking a shift or simply stopping by—is greatly appreciated.
All candidates are welcome to use our booth for their campaign outreach, and all elected officials—local, county, and federal—are invited as well. This is a joint venture for everyone and a wonderful opportunity to engage with our community.
