Full Moon Sound Bath

Sound has been used to heal the body and tune into higher states of consciousness since ancient times. Sound healing is known to reduce stress & cortisol levels, calming the nervous system for deep relaxation. Sound healing can also be used to release suppressed emotions and increase mental & emotional clarity.

Concept of a Full Moon Sound Bath:

The moon is representative of the emotional body and the human emotions. The Full Moon's energy is about reflection and letting go, and sound healing is a powerful tool to assist the process in a way that feels safe and soothing. By the end of the sound bath, you will feel restored and more present in your body, and be inspired to make room to experience what you want in life.

Lam's Sound Bath weaves in reiki energy with the harmonic resonance of therapy grade sound healing instruments to help you get out of your head and drift into a tranquil journey of flowing soundscapes and sacred frequencies.

The Sound Bath will begin with a short guided meditation to ground you into your body and present moment.

Lam is a qualified sound healing practitioner, reiki therapist & transformational life coach, and has been supporting people around the world to improve their wellbeing professionally since 2016.

To Optimise Your Sound Bath & Meditation Experience:

Wear comfortable clothes and socks for warmth.

Allow enough time to find parking. There is free street parking in front and across the road from the venue.

Doors will open at 5:50pm to allow you enough time to settle and get comfortable. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are provided for your convenience.

Please note that doors will close at 6pm for the session to begin on time.

The Sound Bath will be held in the beautiful peaceful studio at Alive Physio & Wellness in Hawthorn, near Auburn Village | 603 Burwood Road, Hawthorn VIC
