Loony Dook 2026

Come and join us as we kick start the New Year with the resolution of cold water dipping..

There is no cost or fund raiser for this swim but there will be a collection which will go towards water safety sessions for young people in 2026.

For any first timers please bring with you:
For swim:
Swimming Costume ( wear it under your clothes on arrival)
Shoes to wear in the water
Tow float if you have one
If you wear neoprene, you are most welcome to wear this

For after the dip:
Towle
Warm layers of clothing eg t-shirt, fleece, jumper & jacket
Warm socks and dry shoes
Woolly hat (one for after swim and another for in the water)
Hot drink
