Deestriders C25k Week 1 Run 1

Thankyou for joining the Deestriders 2026 C25k programme! A warm welcome awaits you, no matter your level of fitness or running experience. The aim of the programme is to gradually build up to completing a Parkrun, the pace of that isn't important, the focus is upon increasing fitness and encouraging you to enjoy running just as much as we do! 💚

Please arrive at 5.45pm with your signed waiver (available in the files section if this page!) and £10 registration fee. If you have one, please also bring along a headtorch or small hand torch to help illuminate those dark evenings!

We meet at Care & Repair, Rowleys drive CH5 1PY (old corus sports & social club). Any questions, please feel free to ask on this page.
