In our beautiful Conservatory space, we will create a lacto fermented seasonal pickle together in a hands-on fermentation masterclass. Plus, Jules will show you how to make a Fermented Hot Sauce. She will have tasters to try and share so you can explore the wonderful textures and flavours fermentation brings.
