The Havre de Grace Youth Commission is partnering with DaliTalks Diversity and Anti Bullying Academy to offer a free three part Stop Bullying Series for Parents. This first session in the series addresses the question of What is Bullying and How Should it be Reported? Childcare will be provided for school age students as the session is for parents only. Participation is free
