Join Crystal Dalton of Cohabiting with Grief and The Healing Cottage and Haven for our first Sacred Grief Circle on Monday, November 24th.
Our Sacred Grief Circle is a safe and nurturing space where all grief is welcome—no matter its shape, story, or season.
Here, we gather in community to honor our losses, knowing that grief can feel isolating but was never meant to be carried alone.
In circle, we listen, witness, and hold one another without judgment or fixing. The simple act of being seen and supported reminds us that healing happens not only within, but also between us. Together, we will create a sacred container where sorrow and love can coexist, and where community becomes medicine for the heart.
Please wear cozy clothing and bring anything that will aid in your comfort (something belonging to your loved one).
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters provided (chairs available for those not comfortable on the floor).
Handcrafted hot tea will be provided. Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
