Vivian is a certified Body Temple Dance Facilitator, currently going through level 2 certification. She is also a certified Womb Healer, currently going through certification for level 2.
her path is devoted to the ancestral mothers, The Serpent Mother, and The Black Madonna.
This class is Body Temple Dance Intro
"Body Temple Dance is more then just a dance class, it is a class that helps us hone who we are, what we want, it is a time where we spend completely encompassed in our own bodies. This is a time that we spend listening, learning, and absorbing what our bodies want to tell us.
So many if us don't even realize that we are holding spots of rage, angst, and sexual tension inour bodies. A lot of the time you can not feel these things until you learn to recognize how your body feels and moves.
If you're interested in learning how to listen to your body, boost your magic, release built up emotions and tensions, all while moving your body and learning to be at one with yourself.”
For this classroom are not obligated to bring anything, we will be doing mainly standing work and not much floor work. Make sure you have plenty of water and clothes you are ready to move and break a sweat in.
