Join HAVEN owner, sound practitioner and medium, Linnea, for these unique monthly events!
Linnea always taps in to Spirit while playing the quartz crystal bowls so these events will be a way for you to completely relax, tune in and receive.
Come lie down with our props (all always provided), while Linnea (yoga & meditation instructor) leads you through some breathing and grounding techniques, gentle stretching and guided meditation to open the third eye to receive and tap into your intuition.
After the 40 min soundbath she will go through whatever messages came through and open the floor to anyone who would like to ask questions or share experiences.
