A Two-Day Workshop of Metaphysical Development and Energy Work

Each day will commence with a rejuvenating meditation session. Weather permitting, we will also enjoy grounding exercises in nature. Participants will have an hour for lunch, with the option to take a refreshing walk. Every attendee will receive a personalized booklet filled with class information.
