I created this event to give us moms (and honestly, any women who just need a break) a space to let out stress, move our bodies, and be surrounded by strong, positive
Because let’s be real… how often do we actually get time to just be themselves? Not nearly enough. And I truly believe it’s important for you to still be YOU.
This is your chance to step away from the daily chaos and do something for yourself.
Join us for a fun, high-energy Cardio Kickboxing class — no experience needed at all. Just come ready to move, laugh, and sweat a little. We’ll have fun music, great energy, and after class we’ll wind down with a “happy hour” featuring mocktails and some good old girl talk right in the dojo.
