✨ New Sound Session Series Announced ✨
You're invited to a brand new 3-part Sound Journey Series this September at the beautiful Court Street Arts at Alumni Hall in Haverhill, NH. Come to one, two, or all three sessions!
📅 Wednesdays — Sept 10, 17 & 24
🕖 7:00–8:30 PM
💫 $44 per session or $125 for the full series
These sessions are a chance to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself through the healing tones of sound bowls, meditation, and breath work. You'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where sound becomes a gentle medicine for the body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you're new to sound work or have joined me before, this series is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
🌿 No experience needed
🌙 Just bring a yoga mat and anything cozy (blanket, pillow, eye covering). If lying on a yoga mat during this session is difficult for you, you are welcome to bring a chair or reach out to discuss accomodations.
