Books & Blooms: A Silent Reading Party & Book Swap

And we’re back ✨

We are so excited to announce our second Books & Blooms event on Sunday, September 14 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

We’re switching it up this time with three exciting new elements:

🌼We’re increasing the capacity a little bit so more friends can join us!

🌼There will be a $10 entry fee at the door. What do you get with this $10? A small bouquet of flowers from Old Wild’s PYO flower farm and a raffle ticket to win some goodies from Good & Golden Books.

🌼 Annnnnnnd…..we are adding a BOOK SWAP to our silent reading party!

Here’s a little bit more of what to expect for the day ⬇️

📚10:00 am to 10:30 am

Check in, settle in, and drop off your books at the Good & Golden Books tent. You can bring up to FIVE gently used books for the book swap (if you’d like, no pressure to participate!). You can take home as many books from the swap as you contribute.

📚10:30 am to 11:00 am

The book swap begins! Pick out a new book to bring home with you. Good & Golden Books will also announce the raffle winners at this time.

📚11:00 am (ish) to 12:00 pm

Once you’re done picking out your new treasure, settle in to read in quiet company by the flowers with delicacies from Saturday’s Child Baking.

📚12:00 pm

While the official event will be over at this time, you’re free to spend some more time reading on the farm if you’d like! Don’t leave without picking out your small bouquet from the PYO flower field – included in the event entry fee.
