The Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen is proud to present the 2025 Community Recognition Awards, a bi-annual celebration honouring the incredible individuals, businesses, and groups that make our community a great place to live, work, and do business.

We’re accepting nominations for residents, organizations, and businesses who’ve made an exceptional contribution to the community within the past 24 months. Whether it’s a young changemaker, a heroic act, a thriving local business, or a lifetime of leadership, help us shine a light on those who go above and beyond.

🔗 Nomination Deadline: Thursday, August 21, 2025 @ 4:30 PM
Visit www.hbmtwp.ca to complete an online nomination form, or stop by the Municipal Office for a paper form.
🎟 Event Details:
• All nominees and winners are invited to attend
• Award recipients may invite up to 6 guests (flexible) with preferred seating
• All attendees are welcome (up to a 150-person capacity)
• Winners will receive a certificate signed by the Mayor and a commemorative plaque
• Ceremony followed by live entertainment from 8:15–9:00 PM
📣 Winners Announced:
Award recipients will be selected at the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 2, and announced publicly via press release, social media, the Township website, and community bulletin boards.
