Ecstatic Dance & Sound Ceremony
Friday 14th November 6.30pm-8.30pm
Keirunga Creative Arts Venue-The Homestead
Led by Amanda Sowersby
Join us for an evening of conscious movement and sound immersion in the beautiful Keirunga Gardens.
We will begin with a Sound Ceremony to Open pathways of connection, grounding the body, quietening the mind, and balancing the soul. Sacred instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes, flutes and voice will weave together to create a nourishing soundscape.
From here, we flow into Ecstatic Movement, a therapeutic wave of movement guided by world beats. This is not about steps out performance, but about allowing your body to move freely, releasing inner blockages, and reconnecting with your natural rhythm.
The gathering offers a safe and supportive space to explore your movement, open your heart, and experience the healing power of sound and dance.
What to bring: comfortable clothing to move in, water, and an open heart.
No dance experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
We will be starting on time.
