Chef Jeremy Noffke is taking us on a journey to Saigon—no passport required. From fragrant herbs and dipping sauces to smoky grilled meats, silky pho, and the bold punch of chili and lime, Vietnamese cooking is a balance of brightness, spice, and soul. This dinner celebrates the flavors, traditions, and street food spirit that make Vietnam one of the world’s great culinary destinations.
Big Supper Club is held on the last Thursday of each month. The next dinner, S02E08: Big Trouble in Saigon, is on Thursday, August 28th at 6:00 PM. Expect 4–5 thoughtful courses paired with fresh, aromatic cocktails and wines selected by The Little Wine Shoppe.
We recommend attending with a group, but we accept reservations for parties of 1 to 12. To reserve a spot, please provide your name, phone number, party size, any food allergies*, and whether you’ll be drinking (a reduced price is available for food only). Past Supper Club prices have ranged from $60–$165, including food, drinks, and gratuity.
*If you have food allergies or aversions, we recommend waiting until the menu is released. We’ll do our best to accommodate and guide you through the courses. This dinner may include shellfish, pork, and dairy—please note any concerns when booking.
