What to Expect

1️⃣ Arrival & Intention Setting – We begin with a warm welcome, and an introduction to the practice and the variations of breaths which will make you the driver of your journey.

2️⃣ Breathwork Journey – You’ll lie down on a mat, wearing a 9D headset that delivers immersive sound, guiding you through your experience. I'll also support your journey with Reiki energy work.

3️⃣ Integration & Reflection – Afterward, we’ll take time to ground, reflect, and integrate your experience.

Each workshop lasts around 2 hours, allowing ample time for deep transformation.

Note: This breathing session may not be suitable for individuals with: Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy or past seizures, heavy Medic*tion usage, severe psychiatric symptoms, especially psychosis or paranoia, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy
