Lt. Col. Jacob Reed Plaque Dedication

Please join us for a Plaque Dedication Ceremony in memory of Lt. Col. Jacob Reed - one of Hatfield’s most prominent early citizens and a Revolutionary War hero. It will be held at the site of his original homestead. His log cabin, built in the 18th century, still stands as part of the current farmhouse on the property.
