Hi, this is Giovanni: an italian baking teacher and bread ambassador for Real Bread Campaign, an independent charity based in UK that research and share methods to produce better Bread for the community and the planet.

Ever wanted to fill your home with the smell of freshly baked sourdough, but don’t know where to begin?

Then this is the course for you! In just one day you will master how to make a magnificent sourdough loaves, sourdough Scones, how to make a sourdough starter from scratch and enjoy an informal, hands-on sourdough making workshop.

I will guide you through every step, from discussing ingredients, equipment, suppliers to mixing and kneading the dough, proving, shaping, scoring, basting and baking. Suitable for all abilities.
