An energising and empowering class designed to build strength, stability, and inner focus through mindful movement and breath.
This dynamic flow is ideal for those with some yoga experience or a reasonable level of fitness who want to move with awareness, deepen their practice, and feel stronger in both body and mind.
Each session includes:
- Strength-building sequences that cultivate stamina, balance, and resilience
- Breath-led movement (vinyasa-style) to connect body and mind
- Targeted asana (postures) to improve mobility and alignment
- Brief guided relaxation or meditation to integrate and restore
Weekly themes provide intention and focus—ranging from courage and core connection to flow and focus—so your practice feels purposeful and evolving.
This class is best suited for those who are comfortable getting up and down from the floor and holding postures with moderate strength and stability.
Term dates: 3rd, 10th September, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th October (there are no classes on 17th & 24th due to Lisa being on retreat)
Cost: £56 for the term (£8 per session) / £10 per drop-in space.
