FREE Infrared Sauna + Red Light, Dry Float Cold Plunge & PEMF Therapy Sessions Available 3–7 PM — by appointment only — book online and experience some of our advanced therapies firsthand.

Dry Needling Demonstrations w/ Renee (Be Restored Physical Therapy) Demos at 4 PM, 5 PM, and 6 PM — including free 5-minute neck/postural alignment checks.
