Hastings GiCheon FREE Taster Session 30/11/25

Do you want to learn a mind-body discipline that will improve your health, lengthen your lifespan, and strengthen your core?

Welcome to GiCheon, a Korean mind-body discipline that offers all this and more, open your Ki channels, and optimize your potential.

A 30 minutes free to attend taster session for novices to learn basic GiCheon movements and stances.

Including a warm up, gentle stretches and less demanding dynamic poses.

Dress for comfort and mobility, as GiCheon requires a lot of bending of the joints.

We aim to host these events regularly one weekend a month schedules permitting.

Meeting at Maslow Housing Cooperative Limited, 5 Harold Place, Hastings.
