Roses are red, violets are blue, this February our members want to connect with you!
Whether you’re a natural networker or feel a little shy about making the first move, our February Slow Networking meeting is the perfect match. So, dust off those business cards because this is your chance to spark new conversations and grow meaningful professional connections.
How many times have you attended a networking event only to gravitate towards the same familiar faces? While it’s always nice to catch up, sometimes it’s worth stepping outside of your comfort zone – after all, you never know where a new connection might lead.
We’ll take the pressure off by mixing you into small groups of three, ensuring there’s no awkward small talk or being left on the side lines. By the end of the meeting, we promise you’ll walk away with at least 10 new or refreshed connections!
In our signature informal style, this event offers a relaxed and friendly twist on traditional networking. Think less speed dating, and more meaningful conversations – enabling you to forge new connections through new introductions, as well as catch up with members you might not have seen in a while.
This meeting will take place at Hastings Commons (The Old Observer Building). Only a 5-minute walk from Hastings train station, there are also several options for paid parking nearby, including Priory Meadow Car Park, Carlisle Parade Car Park, and on-street parking.
So why not treat yourself this Valentine’s season? Join us, make the first move, and fall in love with networking all over again!
P.S. For this event, members are welcome to bring a guest FREE of charge — because great connections are even better when shared. Please note: any guest you bring must not already be a Hastings Area Chamber of Commerce member.
