Look, we get it. The best-laid plans never account for hair frizzles. Neither do they usually include contingencies for when your tie refuses to be the right length or your kid throws up on the way out the door. You’re late, but who cares? You’re here now and that’s all that matters. Well, maybe that isn’t all that matters, but it’s good enough for us.

Come on in and enjoy our earnest attempt at a classic Oktoberfest. It too was a bit delayed in its arrival, but it’s here now and we're happy to see it. Kind of like you, no? Take a breath and have a seat. Though you will have to sit in the front. Sorry about that. You have to be on time if you want to sit in the back.
