Motion Mastery is a full-body mobility workshop designed to improve joint range of motion, release unnecessary tension, and build functional, usable strength. Through mobility, functional movement patterns, Animal Flow-inspired transitions, and anatomy-informed techniques, we’ll explore how your joints are meant to move and how to create real control in both simple and dynamic positions.
We’ll cover essential mobility principles, including end-range strength, stability, active flexibility, breath-driven movement, and physio-based approaches for healthy joints. You’ll also learn how locomotion patterns and Animal Flow-style sequences enhance coordination, strength, and body awareness.
Throughout the workshop, we shift the narrative away from being “loose” and toward being strong, stable, and adaptable in every range you access. Expect clear explanations, practical tools, and a full-body exploration that leaves you feeling more capable, connected, and confident in your movement.

About Eli
As a lifelong mover, yoga educator, and wellness coach teaching across Europe and internationally, Eli is known for her fluid, playful, and meticulous approach to movement. She blends yoga, mobility, and functional training with depth and clarity.
With a background in competitive sports, martial arts, and postural training, Elisa’s relationship with movement is rooted in resilience, exploration, and embodiment. After recovering from multiple injuries and burnout, yoga and mobility became her primary tools for healing, leading her naturally into teaching. Elisa has trained internationally in yoga, functional mobility, breathwork, and movement systems, including Animal Flow, Functional Range Conditioning® and Kinstretch®, and has studied with teachers such as Daniel Rama, Hiro Landazuri, Patrick Beach, and others.
Her integrated approach supports students in exploring their individual potential with integrity and self-trust while remaining grounded in mindful movement and the philosophy of yoga. She intends to help students find balance, to move with curiosity, reconnect with their inner playful child, and step confidently beyond their comfort zones. Her workshops carry pieces of her own journey and heart: positivity, compassion, and a contagious love for movement.
