This is for women who have experienced any form of non consensual sexual trauma, who need to rid their aura of someone they regret, who still feel haunted by things that have happened in the past and has made an impact on their most sacred part of their body, their womb.
⭐️If you are not emotionally ready to witness and listen to some very painful stories, this particular women’s circle is NOT for you.

👉🏽Coercion = If someone agrees because they feel afraid, obligated, guilty, trapped, or exhausted.
💔50% of married women experience this regularly in their marriage.
💔80% of people who have experienced any form of non consensual contact say the abuser was someone they knew and trusted.
💔One out of two women and one out of five men have experienced harm of this nature, resulting in disconnection from their body and ongoing feelings of shame.

1. Relearning bodily choice and agency
2. Experiencing touch without obligation
3. Reconnecting pleasure to safety
4. Learning that desire can be slow, sovereign, and self-directed
5. Reclaiming sensuality as self-expression, not performance.
❤️🩹In this circle you will be held, believed and witnessed and together we can at least begin to alchemize the shame and pain and you can rebuild the trust between you and your body.
