🍂 Vendor will be assigned a 10x10 space for $20 a space. If Multiple spaces are reserved, they will be together.
🍂 Tables and 10x10 canopies available for rent. Limited availability.
🍂 Food Truck Operator $50.00
Limited spaces available. Please indicate the area size required for operation. (Length x Width)
🍂 Event will be held outdoors and begins at 2pm on October 4th, 2025 and ends at 7pm on October 4th, 2025.
🍂 Setup begins 1 HOUR before start time. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.
🍂 Any vendors who have not paid in full by September 27th, 2025, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
🍂 Food vendors must provide all food and heating and cooling equipment.
📢 Please be advised that Vendors or products deemed inappropriate will NOT be accepted. Once approved you will receive an invoice. Your spot is only confirmed once full payment is received.
