Doubles- 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Grab a partner and take on the events together testing teamwork grit and drive.

Run - .5 mile
Row - 500 meters
Deadlift - Rx: 60 reps @ 135lbs / Open: 60 reps @ 115lbs
Burpee to Plate - 40 reps
Bike - 40 cals
Farmer’s Carry - Rx: 20kg kettlebells / Open: 16kg kettlebells
Suitcase Squat - Rx: 40 reps @ 25lbs / Open: 40 reps @ 15lbs
Ski Erg - 500 meters
Box Jump - Rx: 40 reps @ 24in. / Open: 40 reps @ 20in. (Step ups are acceptable at rep count per side)
Wall Ball - Rx: 100 reps @ 14lbs / Open: 100 reps @ 12lbs
Stationary Reverse Lunges - Rx: 20 reps @ 40lbs / Open: 20 reps @ 20lbs
