F3 Men’s Free Labor Day Workout

On the morning of Labor Day, F3 is hosting a free men’s workout at Carter Elementary School, which starts promptly at 6 AM and will end at 7 AM. Stick around after the workout for some coffee.

This workout is designed for all fitness levels. Men only. Sorry ladies.

If you plan to attend, please remember to bring water and a cinderblock as your weight. If you don’t have a cinderblock, feel free to bring a kettlebell or a dumbbell you are comfortable with. If you don’t have any of those things, then we may be able to provide one to borrow.
