Matters of the Heart (Registration Required)

Have you wanted to improve your heart-health, but been unsure where or how to start? Join Carole MacKenzie, a registered nurse with broad experience in health care and health education to learn about Matters of the Heart.
The Matters of the Heart program is a series of 4 engaging classes to start you on the road to healthy heart living. During each class, you’ll learn key information about your heart, easy ways to help keep it strong and healthy, and you’ll practice new skills for heart health. The class will include ‘Action Steps’ to take in an urgent or emergency health situation. Class participants will also receive a toolkit of information containing useful handouts from leading heart health organizations.
