Are you ready to put yourself to the test? The Combat Conditioning Field Meet, in partnership with the Virginia National Guard, isn’t your average workout.
This 45-minute circuit is built around the kind of movements that test strength, grit, and endurance under pressure. You’ll face:
Burpees to get to cover from “incoming artillery”
Odd-object carries to simulate moving under fire
Ammo can hauls to resupply the fight
And plenty more combat-inspired challenges
