About the Teacher:
I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula with a background in nutrition, dietetics and herbal remedies. I am a mother of three beautiful beings who each came into this world in their own unique way! In 2024, I completed Hatha, Kundalini, and Nidra yoga teacher training.
