8-10AM Gather for Car Show. 1st Methodist Church parking lot, 210 Hickory St SE, Hartselle, AL
VCE will set up in the lot and have drinks and shade. Robin Hunter will set up an area for our Corvairs to park together.
Arrival - 11:30AM. Enjoy Depot Days
11:45-11:55AM. Walk to lunch at Freight House Restaurant (200 Railroad St SW, a block away). We’ll be in the downstairs private dining room.
12N - 1PM Lunch
1PM - 2PM. Meeting
2PM - 4PM Enjoy Depot Days
Please RSVP for 2 things:
1. If you are bringing a Corvair. Robin needs to know how many spots to set aside.
2. How many are coming to lunch.
