Berkley Hutson is the author of the Celeste Rowan Series. At fourteen, she published her first novel, Celeste Rowan: Find the Light. She realized her passion for writing in sixth grade when she began writing Celeste Rowan: Find the Light, she has fallen in love with writing ever since. She lives with her family in Alabama. She enjoys volleyball, music, reding, and an embarrassing amount of hot tea in her free time.

About the book:
Fourteen-year-old Celeste Rowan wants answers about her estranged father, who left when she was just a baby. However Celeste gets more than she bargained for, when a mysterious stranger in blue portals her away to another dimension-her father's dimension-where she learns she isn't what she thought she was. She has magical powers and a destiny to fulfill but does she really want that destiny?
When an ancient darkness rises, threatening the world, and taking Celeste's parents captive, Celeste must decide if she has the power-and the will-to face what's coming.
