Mushroom Workshop

Join us on Sunday February 15th at 1pm for a hands on workshop for cultivating shiitake mushrooms on logs. Dr. Henry Van T. Cotter will be leading this workshop and sharing his wealth of knowledge of fungi. His love for mushrooms is infectious! You will walk away from the workshop with knowledge on 2 different ways to inoculate shiitake spawn on oak logs and go home with inoculated logs!

Light refreshments will be served. This is an outdoor event, please dress warm. In the event of inclement weather, the workshop will be held on Saturday March 14th at 1PM. Space is limited and cost to register is $25 (non-refundable after Feb 1st) and includes all materials.
