Join us for a special workshop exploring the Koshas, the five layers of the self:
Physical Body | Breath | Mind | Heart | Spirit.
Led by Shawntell Layaw, participants experience gentle yoga, guided reflection, and self-care practices that will guide us in cultivating balance, alignment, and connection through each of these layers.

This workshop is open to all — no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Designed to foster a supportive environment for personal and community well-being.
