Choreographers' Showcase 2025

The CREC Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts Half Day Program invites you to an inspiring evening of dance, showcasing Academy students performing works by distinguished, critically acclaimed choreographers.
This year’s choreographers and works include:

Dia — choreographed by John Heginbotham of Dance Heginbotham

Automation — presented by Pilobolus Dance Company, staged by company member Derion Loman

An excerpt from Travesty Doll Play Ballez (after Coppélia) — staged by Katy Pyle

U.S. — by Judy Dworin of the Justice Dance Performance Project, staged by Alexa Melonopoulos Fleury

And So It Carries On — an original work by alumnus and faculty member Colby Connelly

Searching — choreographed by Brooke Gleason ’25, now attending Simmons University
