Sydenahm Fall Trail Run: 2o Years!

The Sydenham Fall Trail Run is a flat and fabulously pretty 8K run along the shore of Sydenham Lake on the Cataraqui Trail.

Our course is also very spectator-friendly, so please feel free to bring your cheerleading squad.

For our littlest runners, the Little Eagles Kids Run!
A 2km run for kids up to the age of 12
