Let us celebrate the centenary of Sammy Davis Jr. born in 1925. The Rat Pack member began in showbusiness aged two and by seven he featured in two movies. From blatant racism to world acclaim, discover the twists and turns of his sensational life as we enjoy again some of his greatest songs.

About the speaker:

Judy Karbritz is Harrow’s Community Poet and writes regular articles for the Harrow Times. Judy gives talks on a large range of subjects including classic Hollywood, entertainers and stories behind familiar sayings.
